Well, that's not very clear and still doesn't excuse the lack of promissed services. In addition, the average non forum user (ie: Joe public -- like my mom -- and no, her name isn't Joe) would have no idea what "beta" means, etc.... in any event, I was just giving them a bit of a hard time for fun.

As for the people.....
Harold at the regular BES number is the one no longer working there.
Germaine at the regular number is the one who wouldn't let me speak to a supervisor and would only give me $80 back.
Patrichka at 514-828-6871 is the billing supervisor who called me back after my initial call was escalated. She's the one who put me in touch with Harold who no longer works there. I've now left her 2 messages this week, and she hasn't called me back.
Ray Salazar @ 18667978686 was the guy who I confirmed with several times that there would be no charge for installation including the installation of the dry loop line back in November.

Had my install date May 26th and now there is a $100 charge "refundable" on my telephone line. No dry loop was installed, IPTV installed on my exisiting Bell line after disconnecting my Fibe12 service on the same line...upgraded to 25 meg VDSL2 for the IPTV. I am going to call them and find out what "refundable" means. This charge was never mentioned when the install date was set up.
