- If you have a phone jack wired to another service other than Bell (Primus or some other non Bell phone service VoIP or otherwise) make sure you don't have another jack installed for a dry loop. You will be charged $99 for the privilege of a new phone jack for a dry loop. Consider reusing your existing phone jack and switching service unless you are cool with the fee.
Just because you can get 25 Mbit service does not mean you can get BES. BES requires a variety of other hardware that Bell has to install outside of fast Internet. BES is scheduled to roll out in May 2010.
