Looks like we aren't getting the Olympic Channels.

Pretty pathetic I think considering this is state of the art stuff from Bell.

So Sad.. just when I thought Bell was turning the corner on customer service.

Oh my that is too bad. But I cannot say I am surprised. If the number of customers is correct at 2000 for BES, then you surely can bet that they would not invest in the customer support and changes required to get this going. We`re on a separate R&D stream I am sure from the rest of Bell. Remember this is a big beta test so we cannot expect what the rest of the world gets. It's probably not worth it to plug it in at this point and frankly I bet this is an evaluation to see what people are willing to watch... If it's a success I expect them to charge for "event" broadcasting as if it was a pay-per-view type thing but at a higher premium than current PPV.

By the 2014 Summer Games though I expect things on this service that regular BellTV and Rogers customers cannot dream of. It`s IPTV right??? We have to wait for the technology to ripen -- lots of stuff has to get put in place before that happens, me thinks.
